I am an independent food writer, researcher and content+communication strategist based in India.
In my decade long career I have been associated with food in various ways. I started my career with Burrp!, India’s first restaurant listing website. I then moved on to being an independent journalist writing about food, travel and culture. I’ve also consulted with a well known travel company to help them launch culinary itineraries in India.
Apart from writing and consulting, I co-run a cool pop-up called The Literary Table where I along with my business partner Chef Shriya Shetty, host a series of dinners inspired from works of fiction.
In the past few years my interest in food became anthropological and to pursue that interest I went to SOAS University in London to study Anthropology of Food.
